Dirty lake water.
The only thing that was frustrating about my recent trip to the lake was that I was too scared to take my camera in the boat. There were some beautiful photo ops for sure, but I had such a wonderful time with new friends.
Holy Cow. (Ha, I’m so funny) This is the coolest restaurant I’m pretty sure I have ever been to. Head to their website and check it out. These brazilian men walk around with giant skewers of perfectly seared meats of all sorts and if you have the green side of your card up they stop at your table with a giant knife and ready to slice. I think I had filet minion, some house special I couldn’t pronounce, lamb, pork tenderloin, and parmesean chicken. Along with their amazing salad bar. Ry had been there once before and talked it up big, and he couldn’t have been more right. It was to die for.

I am amazed at what people will put on the interwebs. I really am. And also very appreciative. They make late night simpled out friends happy.
Longing.
I am having to go about 8 days without seeing my sweetie. And haven’t seen Anna (my second shooter/closest friend) in about a week. And another close friend all summer. And haven’t seen my siblings in quite some time either. Anyway. My point. There are so many people that I miss. But I have come to appreciate longing for them. How blessed am I to have someone to long for. And something to look forward to. I just love those that surround me so much.
I have so enjoyed taking a break from being such an adult and letting loose for a few days.
I look forward to being ultra productive tomorrow :)
