My name is Caitlin and I’m a bad blogger…

I love blogging, I really, really do.  But I love sleeping more….I know I know, you’re surprised.  But it never fails that I start editing at 11 pm.  After school, after work, after a much needed work-out, after dinner, and after homework.  At 1 or 2 am, blogging just holds little importance next to a warm bath and my perfectly plump bed.  So please forgive me and my lack of time to do what is most important to me.  So this blog will serve as one to catch me up.  I always upload my images to my facebook page, so feel free to go there for a complete view.

Just so you know, I am planning on devoting a great deal of my summer to building my business more.  It is getting increasingly harder to do both school and work and photography, so I’m taking a break to do what I should have been doing a long time ago.  Expect many changes..

So to start it off, is Sara and Homer.  In high school, Homer carried Sara all the way up a mountain as they went hiking with a group of friends.  Sara decided to wear flip-flops that day, for some unexplainable reason.  But Homer, being the sweet guy he is carried her all the way up…Well, life happened and they went their separate ways.  Four years past or so, and their paths crossed again…they exchange numbers and the rest is history.  Can’t wait to be a part of their wedding…

Go here to see more!

Next up, Vicki Hernandez!  She is a Senior from Plainview and I’ve known her since I can remember.  Her brother and I went to school together, and seeing her “all grown up” is c-razy to me.  She BLEW ME AWAY during her shoot.  She is super laid back and quiet so when she busted out these “modelesque” moves, my jaw fell to the floor.  I love when a girl is confident in her beauty and gives it to me.  And my camera loves it too…

Told you she was amazing…

Last but not least, Whitney.  This girl worked it, let me tell you.  After I cancelled our first shoot due to a likely chance for rain (and it totally didn’t, I learned my lesson to never listen to the weatherman in Texas and just go for it) she was determined to shoot last Tuesday.  The wind was ccccrrraaaazzyyy (imagine that) and she totally made it work.  I, again, was amazed.

Thanks for checking in, I will be back soon with more updates… I promise to be better :)  Be a blessing this week.

Grace. Peace. Beauty.
